Libraries

Libraries constructed for apple project:

1. Flower normalized library (code name Mdfw): constructed from 4 different stages (bud, balloon, open and after pollination) of apple flowers.
2. Fruit normalized library (code name Mdfrt): constructed from 6 different stages [young fruitlet, young fruitlet (1 cm dia.), young fruitlet (12cm dia.), maturing fruit I, maturing fruit II, mature fruit] of apple fruit.
3. Fruit primary library (code name Mdfr): constructed from young apple fruitlets.
4. Bud normalized library (code name Mddb): constructed from 3 different stages [dormant terminal bud, dormant lateral bud, active lateral bud] of apple buds.
5. Shoot normalized library (code name Mdst): constructed from 3 different stages (dormant stem, active stem and actively growing stem) of apple stem tissue.
6. Leaf primary library (code name Mdlv): constructed from leaves at four different stages, from early to late maturity.
