BG02: Primary and normalized libraries are constructed using mRNA (processed from total RNA) from bluebunch wheatgrass shoots, roots and seeds.
The BG02 library was cloned into pBluescript II SK+. The cloning sites are EcoR1 at the 5’ (EcoR1 adaptor AATTCCGTTGCTGTCG) and NotI at the 3’end.
