The GPMS is a web-based interface for management of sequence data for the large-scale Genome and EST projects through data storage, retrieval, and analysis. The system integrates a suite of analysis tools that allow users to access their data from the database, do Blast Searches using in-house and public databases stored locally, and GenBank submission of their sequences. The system has a modular design, is platform-independent, and manages multiple projects through insular and secure access.

Notice: We have changed AutoBLAST module in order to take advantage of the grid computing technology. The change will affect people who want to retrieve the BLAST results generated before this change. Those results will no longer be available in GPMS.
